In today’s challenging climate, immigrant-serving organizations must be equipped to protect themselves and their communities. Join the Colorado Blueprint to End Hunger and the Immigrant Response Group for a virtual training on safeguarding your organization, which will cover:
What to expect with immigration policy, and how to prepare your community
Cyber, staff, and building security
Media awareness
Maintaining nonprofit 501(c)(3) status
Fundraising during challenging times
Here are the dates and times of the training:
Monday, February 24, from 1:30 - 3 p.m.
Monday, March 3, from 10:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Tuesday, April 1, from 5 - 6:30 p.m.
Space is limited, so sign up in advance to secure your spot! (Maximum of 2 participants per organization, please). English and Spanish languages available. Zoom links will be shared in advance.
Presenters include Brandon Roché, an immigration attorney with more than a decade of experience on the front lines of immigration law and advocacy; and Kerri Drumm, a nonprofit consultant with 20 years of experience supporting hundreds of nonprofits, with expertise in nonprofit policies and practices.
