The Colorado Blueprint to End Hunger’s data dashboard has been updated with 2022 - 2023 data (as of October 2024).

Use this online, bilingual tool to access local, state, and national data in one place like:

  • Poverty

  • Food access

  • Food insecurity

  • Participation for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants & Children (WIC)

  • Child nutrition

  • And public perceptions around hunger in Colorado

We hope it's useful for community-led organizations in framing the issue and applying for grants as well as for state partners looking to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. It also can keep us all focused on the key benchmarks that will help us move the needle to address hunger across Colorado communities.

Here’s some feedback from those using the data dashboard:

  • “As a nonprofit reliant on grant funding to provide meals, we are SO GRATEFUL for this data!”

  • ”We have been trying to work on something like this locally, but it has been so tricky and this level of sophistication would have been way out of reach. So very exciting to have this shared resource!”

  • “I’m really looking forward to digging into this data to support grant writing. This data will help put food in bellies.”

The dashboard was launched, in partnership with the Colorado Health Institute and the Blueprint’s Data & Evaluation Committee, in Spring 2023. It showcases publicly available data and will be updated at least annually.
