Community Voice Committee
Join our new bi-weekly Community Voice Committee! It’s a safe and trusting space only for community members – those with lived experiences navigating our food systems who are not employed by a community partner or organization.
Why join? Because your voice matters — and you can impact policy.
The Colorado Blueprint to End Hunger wants to ensure that your perspectives and experiences are at the forefront of our work. Your insights will inform federal and state policies at the Blueprint and contribute to long-lasting changes in our food systems.
As a member, you’ll get to:
Help define the committee, including its official name.
Share your experiences and insights.
Shape policies that directly affect your community.
Collaborate with others who are passionate about food systems.
COMMITTEE MEETINGS
Every two weeks on Thursdays from 12 - 1 p.m. via Zoom
Next meeting:
Thursday, October 31
Interested in participating? Complete our interest form. All new members must attend an orientation before officially joining.
As part of our commitment to equity, we offer simultaneous interpretation in Spanish, closed captioning, and compensation to those who participate outside of their regular job. (Please contact us if you have other accessibility requests to fully participate.)
